摘要
本试验采用气相色谱法测定了1种玉米及其16种加工副产品的可溶性和不溶性非淀粉多糖(NSP)含量,并采用糖醇乙酯衍生物制备气相色谱法对其非淀粉多糖的单糖组成进行测定,结果显示:玉米及其加工副产品的非淀粉多糖包括五种单糖,即:阿拉伯糖、木糖、甘露糖、半乳糖、葡萄糖,其中多数原料含量较高的单糖主要为阿拉伯糖、木糖以及葡萄糖,且从总体上看这些原料中不溶性非淀粉多糖(INSP)的含量要高于可溶性非淀粉多糖(SNSP)。
The contents of soluble non-starch polysaccharides and insoluble non-starch polysaccharides (NSP) in corn and its 16 kinds of by-products were determined by gas chromatography (GC).At the same time,the analysis of monosaecharides were determined by GC.The results showed that the five monosaccharides (arabinose,xylose,mannose, galactose and glucose)were contained in corn and its by-products.And the contend of arabinose ,xylose and glucose were higher than the other monosaccharides.And the contents of soluble non-starch polysaccharides was higher than insoluble non-starch polysaccharides.
