摘要
采用萃取、重结晶、柱层析等方法从刺五加浸膏中提取紫丁香甙,并进行了定值分析及定性表征。结果表明所提取的标准品纯度达99%以上。
Syringin has been separated and further purified by extraction?recrystallization and column chrom ato-graph.The qualitative characteriz ation and quantitative determinati on methods for assaying purity were s tudied.The purity of syringinstandardmateria l was shown to be over 99%.
