摘要
以静脉和腹腔给药方式,观察了刺五加对垂体后叶素和异丙肾上腺素所致SD大鼠缺血心肌的保护作用。实验结果可见:刺五加能显著减轻垂体后叶素引起的大鼠心肌缺血时过氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性降低,抑制脂质过氧化物(MDA)的生成,并对急性心肌缺血性心电图改变有明显的预防作用;而对异丙肾上腺素所致的大鼠心肌缺血心电图的ST段偏移亦有对抗作用,也能保护SOD活性和减少MDA生成,并能明显减轻异丙肾上腺素造成的大鼠心肌超微结构的损伤。上述结果表明刺五加对实验性缺血心肌有明显的保护作用。
The protective effect of Acanthopanecis SenticasiA)on ischemic myo-cardium injury induced by pituitrin,isoproterenol injected to vein and abdomen of Sprague-Dawley rats(SDR)is reported.The results showed that AS attenuated the effects of pituitrin on SDR markedly on experimental myocardic ischemia(M)mitigated SOD activity reduction and decreased MDA production significantly.AS also showed prognostic action on ECG change of acute M I. It has antagonistic action on change of ECG ST setion induced by isoproterenol on experimental M I.AS showed protective action on SOD and decreased the production of MDA; attenuated the damage of ultra microstructure of rat myocardium caused by isoproterenol. These results indicated that AS had notable protective effects on experimal ischemic myocardium.
