摘要
目的:采用薄层色谱扫描测定刺五加注射液中紫丁香苷的含量。方法:采用日本岛津 CS-930型扫描仪,检测波长为266nm。结果:紫丁香苷点样量在0.06μg～11μg的范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r 为0.9984,回收率为105.8%。结论:本方法操作简便、快速,结果准确可靠。
Objective：To determine syringin in Ciwujia injection with TLC Scanning. Methods：The CS -930 scanning densitometer was selected. The detection wavelength was 266 nm. Results：The calibration curves were linear in the range of 0. 06 μg - 11 μg for syringin （r = 0. 9984）. The average recoveries（ n = 4）were 105.8%. Conclusion： The method is rapid, accurate and reliable.
