摘要
目的测定康儿灵颗粒剂中紫丁香苷的含量.方法采用高效液相色谱法.色谱柱为Diamonsil C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);乙腈-水-冰醋酸(25∶75∶1)为流动相,流速:1.0ml/min;检测波长270nm.结果紫丁香苷在0.05～0.5μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为97.64%,RSD为1.50%.结论该法可用于康儿灵颗粒剂中紫丁香苷的含量测定.
Aim To determine the content of Syringin in Kangerlin Granule.Methods The HPLC analysis was carried out on Kromasil C18 column （250mm × 4.6mm,5μm）, and the mixture of acetonitrile - water - acetic acid（25：75：1 ）was used as the mobile phase, the flow rate being 1.0ml/min. The detection wavelength was at 270nm. Results The linear range of Syringin was 0.05 - 0.5μg, the average recovery of this method was 97.64% and the RSD was 1.50%. Conclusion The method can be applied to quantitative determination of the preparation.
