摘要
初步探讨了影响茶饮料风味的几个因素 :茶叶、香精、加工条件等 ,并提出了一些解决办法 。
A preliminary study was carried out on some factors influencing the flavour of tea drinks, including tea leaf, flavouring and processing conditions. Several solutions were suggested with a view of providing theoretical and practical supports for the field.
