介绍了纳滤膜的制备方法和分离机理 ,并综述了纳滤技术在饮料工业中的应用。
The preparation methods and separating mechanism of nanofiltration membranes (NF) are introduced in the paper. The application of the NF technology in the beverage industry is summarized.
