摘要
目的 :探讨初诊急性白血病 (AL)耐药机制。方法 :应用免疫酶法 (APAAP)检测 74例初诊急性白血病 (AL)P gp、GSTπ的表达及临床意义。 结果 :急性髓性白血病 (AML)患者P gp阳性率 2 1% ,GSTπ阳性率2 7% ,两者均阳性 13% ;急性淋巴白血病 (ALL)患者P gp阳性率 14% ,GSTπ阳性率 5 0 % ,两者均阳性 9%。无论是AML还是ALL两者均无相关性。P gp和GSTπ均阳性者完全缓解 (CR)明显低于均阴性者 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :P gP。
Objective:Toresearch the mechanism of the expression of P-gp and GSTπ in patients with acute leukemia at diagnosis.Method:The expressions of P-gp and GSTπ in 74 patients were investigated.Results:The results showed that in AML the positive rate of P-gp was 21% and GSTπ was 26%.The coexpression rate of P-gp and GSTπ was 12%.In ALL the positive rate of P-gp was 12% and GSTπ was 53%.The coexpression rate of was 9%.The complete remission rate with negative coexpression of P-gp and GSTπ was higher than that with positive coexpression of P-gp and GSTπ (P< 0.05 ).No difference was found between P-gp positive and negative.Not in GSTπ also.There is no correlation between the expressions of P-gp and GSTπ.Conclusion:The coexpression of P-gp and GSTπ was a negative factor in acute leukemia at diagnosis.
