摘要
选用一组国产单抗,采用APAAP桥联免疫酶标组化染色技术,在对217例急性白血病进行免疫表型测定的基础上,就CD_(38)、HLA-DR和CD_93种非系限性单抗,在不同类型急性白血病中的表达及其临床应用价值进行了研究。结果表明,3种单抗具有系限表达的相对特异性。CD_(38)抗原主要在T-ALL中表达(75.9%),对区别T-ALL和非T-ALL有参考价值。HLA-DR和CD_9抗原具有B系表达的相对特异性,联合检测不仅可用于区分非T-ALL和T-ALL。而且对于非T-ALL和ANLL的鉴别有较高的参考价值。
The immunophenotype of 217 cases of acute leukemia was
detected by immunoenzymetic staining tecnique-APAAP method using a panel
of monoclonal antibodies(McAbs).The expression and clinical significance
of three non-lineage McAbs CD_(38),HLA-DR and CD_9 in different acute
leukemia were studied.The results suggested that there is relative lineal spec-
tive expression on some lineage cell surface of the three non-lineage MCAbs
respectively.CD_(38)mainly expressed on leukemia cell surface of T-ALL
(75.9%)and there is reference value to distinguish T-ALL from non-T-ALL.
The expression of HLA-DR and CD_9 on B-lineage cell was really specific,
the antigens HLA-DR and CD_9 were detected simultaneously in leukemias,
not only to distinguish non-T-ALL from T-ALL,but also to T-ALLfrom
ANLL.
