摘要 临床化疗失败的重要原因是肿瘤细胞对化疗药物产生内在性和获得性多药耐药 (MDR)。经典的mdr1、MRP等耐药机制已基本明确 ,因此 ,进一步了解非经典的耐药途径对于完善多药耐药机制有重要意义。综述了GST π的生物学特性、GST π介导的恶性肿瘤多药耐药的机制、GST π在恶性肿瘤中的表达、GST π与其他耐药途径的关系和GST π耐药的逆转策略。 Intrinsic and acquired multidrug resistance to chemotherapeutic drugs is an important reason for clinical chemotherapy failure. The mechanisms of the classical drug resistance such as MDR1,MRP have been clarified. Hence, it is very important to further study the non-classical mechanism of multidrug resistance. We introduced the biological character, the mechanism of multidrug resistance, the expression in malignant tumor, the correlation with other mechanism of drug resistance and the reverse of drug resistance of glutathion-s-transferase-π(GST-π) in this paper.
