摘要
目的:探讨P-gp、GST-π、TopoⅡ在食管癌组织中的表达及意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法研究了P-gp、GST-π、TopoⅡ在食管癌组织中的表达情况。结果:P-gp、GST-π在食管癌组织中的表达升高,表达率分别为58.02%和72.84%,P-gp 的高表达与淋巴结转移、癌肿浸润深度有关P<0.05。GST-π的高表达与细胞分化程度有关P<0.05。TopoⅡ在食管癌组织中的表达降低,表达率为61.73%,TopoⅡ的表达降低与临床病理参数无关P>0.05。结论:食管癌组织中存在着P-gp、GST-π、TopoⅡ表达水平的变化,临床检测P-gp、GST-π、TopoⅡ对食管癌化疗方案的制定、判断预后有重要的指导意义。
Objective To study the expression of P-gp.GST-π.Topo Ⅱ in esophageal carcinoma and its correlation to clinicopathological features. Methods The exspression patterns of P-gp.GST-π.Topo Ⅱ in 81 patients with esophageal carcinoma were examined by iummunohistochemistry SP method using monoclonal antibody to their protein. Results The positive rates of P-gp.GST-πand Topo Ⅱ were 58.2%.72.84% and 61.73% respectively. High P-gp was more frequently observed in patients with lymph node metastasis and in cancers with deep-muscle and fibro-membrane infiltration P<0.05. High GST-πwas more often associated with poor-differentiated than well-differentiated cancers P<0.05. Topo Ⅱ expression was not related to the clinicopathological features P>0.05. Conclusion The results suggest that esophageal carcinoma express primary multidrug resistance genes. Detecting expression of P-gpGST-πand Topo Ⅱ might play an important role in chemotherapy strategy and might be a useful predictor of prognosis of esophageal carcinoma.
