摘要
多药耐药(MDR)是急性白血病化疗失败的主要原因,是治疗的难点,也是目前研究的热点。研究耐药的机制和寻找有效的逆转方法是提高患者完全缓解率和长期生存率的关键。白血病细胞耐药的机制非常复杂,逆转耐药的方法也很多,现对白血病的 MDR 机制研究及其逆转技术的进展进行综述。
The main reason of unsuccessful chemotherapy is multidrug resistance(MDR).It is not on- ly the difficulty in therapy but also the focus in research now.The investigation of mechanism of MDR and ef- fective reversal methods are important to improve complete remission(CR)rate and long-term survival rate. The mechanism of MDR is very complex and there are a lot of reversal methods.This article reviews recent developments of the mechanisms of MDR and reversal technology in leukemia.
