介绍了板栗、板栗资源情况及国内外市场的板栗深加工产品,并就板果资源开发中的一些关键技术进行了讨论,对板栗资源开发与综合利用的产业化进行了展望。
The situation of the chestnut resources in China and its deeper processing products in domestic and overseas markets were introduced in this paper, and the key technologies and know-how in the development of chestnut resources were discussed. The foreground of the industrialization of the development and comprehensive utilization of chestnut resources were also discussed in the paper.
