综述了我国大豆资源情况 ,大豆综合开发的途径 ,可采用的新工艺及大豆品种的改良等。并述及国外重视大豆蛋白开发的情况。
The article has summarized the domestic soybean resources,comprehensive exploitatis channels of soybean,adoptable new techniques,and improvement of soybean strains.Also exploitation of soybean proteins at abroad was related.
