摘要
目的:建立狭叶薰衣草药材中迷迭香酸的含量测定方法,为其质量控制提供科学依据。方法采用 HPLC法测定,色谱条件:Phenomenex ODS-A色谱柱(250 mm ×4.6 mm ,5μm );流动相为乙腈和2 mL · L -1磷酸二元梯度洗脱;流速:1.0 mL · min-1;柱温:30℃;检测波长为350 nm。结果测定了10批不同产地市售的狭叶薰衣草药材,迷迭香酸的含量在0.04%~0.33%之间。结论该方法操作简便,重复性好,可用于规范和控制狭叶薰衣草药材的质量。
Objective To establish a determination method for rosmarinic acid in Lavandula angustifolia by HPLC .Methods The HPLC separation was performed on a Phenomenex ODS-A column(250 mm × 4 .6 mm ,5μm) in a gradient elute mode with a mix-ture consisting of acetonitrile and 2 mL · L -1 phosphate acid solution at 30 ℃ .The flow rate was 1 .0 mL · min-1 and the detec-tion wavelength was set at 350 nm .Results The contents of rosmarinic acid in 10 samples of L .angustifolia were in the rangs of 0 .04%-0 .33% .Conclusion The method is simple ,accurate and reproducible ,and can be used for the quality control of L .angus-ti f olia .
