摘要
目的:对新疆产薰衣草中的黄酮类化学成分进行研究。方法:采用95%乙醇提取及各种柱色谱法分离,光谱技术鉴定结构。结果:分离得到7个黄酮类化合物,经光谱方法分别鉴定为芹菜素(1),ladanein(2),芹菜素-7-O-β-D-(6′-对羟基肉桂酸基)-甘露糖苷(3),木犀草素(4),芹菜素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5),木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(6),5,4′-二羟基黄酮-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸丁酯(7)。结论:上述化合物均首次从薰衣草中分离得到。
Objective： To study on the chemical constituents of Lavandula augustifolia. Method： The compounds were extracted with 95% ethyl alcohol, isolated by various column chromatography and identified by spectroscopic methods. Result： Seven flavanoids were isolated and identified as apigenin （1）, ladanein （2）, apigenin-7-O-β-D-（6＇-p-hydoxy-einnamoyloxy）-mannoside （3）, luteolin （4）, apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucoside （5）, luteolin-7-O-β-D-glueoside （6）, 5,4＇-dihydroxy flavonoid-7-O-β-D-pyranglyeuronate buthyl ester （7）. Conclusion： All of these seven eompounds were obtained from this plant for the fLrSt time.
