本文分析了我国调味品工业的现状 ,并提出了发展战略。认为我国调味品市场正在健康成长 ,调味品的开发正在向卫生、健康、适口、多品种、方便和复合化方向发展。调味品生产厂家应制订努力扩大生产规模 ,重视技术、质量和管理、建立销售网络。
