改良的 Timm 硫化银方法能使大脑组织的重金属染色呈特异性分布.海马结构和纹状体染色最深,垂体和杏仁核染色次之。海马结构内的染色呈典型的带状模式,并和某些特定的神经终末成份分布相一致。本文讨论了硫化银染色方法用于研究在损伤、病变或某些操作后海马结构内特定神经成份可塑性变化的可能性.
Modificational Timm sulphide silver method are used in rat brain for the demonstration of heavy metals.Sulphide silver staining in brain tissue is distributed characteristically. The staining in hippocampus and neostriatum is the deepest in brain.The distribution in hippoeampal formation show a typical stria model which is consistent with some nerve terminals.The possibility of sulphide silver method for the domenstration of plastic changes in hippocampal formation was discussed.
