大鼠海马结构在学习记忆活动时的细胞形态学可塑性研究 被引量:25

A STUDY ON PLASTICITY OF CELLULAR MORPHOLOGY IN RAT HIPPOCAMPAL FORMATION DURING SPATIAL LEARNING AND MEMORY

摘要 用 Timm染色方法显示了空间辨别性学习记忆模型组、游水组和对照组大鼠海马结构内含重金属的神经成份的分布差异 ,来反映非处理因素相同的情况下 ,由空间辨别性学习记忆训练为处理因素所产生的实验效应。探讨正常的生理活动是否可以引致有关的神经结构发生形态学可塑性变化。结果 :( 1)模型组大鼠海马结构的 Timm染色结 ,15只大鼠中有 ,13只 ( 86.67% )在海马 CA3区多形层出现片带状的银颗粒沉积 ,即出芽反应。该银颗粒的量与训练的时间存在相关性 ,即训练 7d的比 14d的的少 ,而训练 2 1d的也比 14d的少。 ( 2 )游水组大鼠海马结构的染色结果 ,9只大鼠中 7只与对照组的染色结果一致 ,2只出现了一级出芽反应 ;( 3)对照组大鼠海马结构的染色结果 ,9只大鼠在海马 CA3区多形层内均未见有银颗粒沉积。据此 ,作者认为在海马 CA3区多形层内含重金属的神经成份是由空间辨别性学习记忆活动引起的形态学可塑性变化 The method of Timm staining was used to show the distribution of nerves containing heavy metals in hippocampal formation in the model group, swimming group and control group. By means of the distributive difference, the experiment effect was reflected by training spacial learning and memory. The purpose of the present experiment was to explore whether normal physiological activity would cause morphological plasticity in the nervous system. The results showed that the silver granulars in the oriens of CA3 region of the hippocampus appeared in 13 of 15 rats (86.67%) in the model group. The number of silver granulars was correlated with the training time. Silver granular were more at 14 training day than 7 and 21 training day. In the swimming and control groups there were no silver granulars deposited in the same region. The results suggested that the nervous fibers containing heavy metals at oriens layer of CA3 region showed morphological plasticity caused by the activity of spacial learning and memory.
