用 Timm显影染色方法 ,研究正常 Wistar大鼠海马结构苔藓纤维的分布。结果苔藓纤维主要集中在门区和 CA3区透明层 ,但在 CA3区始层所有大鼠都多少不等地有银染颗粒即苔藓纤维终扣分布 ,8/2 0只大鼠甚至达到 2至 3级 ,呈稀疏到浓密条带状 ,此点与既往的报道不同 ;还有 13 /2
A modified Timm stain method was used to study the regional distribution of mossy fibres in the hippocampal formation in normal Wistar rats. The results indicated that mossy fibres were mainly localized in hilus and stratum lucidum of CA 3 region. But it also showed that some silver deposits, or synapses as multiinvaginated boutons of mossy fibres were stained in the stratum oriens, and in 8/20 rats the deposits were even more to 2～3 degree, and formed a band. In 13/20 rats, many mossy fibres were seen across the supragranular layer of the fascia dentata from the hilar region.
