哺乳期母鼠饲以组氨酸料对仔鼠脑海马区含锌量及AChE的影响

摘要 应用组织学和组织化学方法研究锌在仔鼠脑海马中的分布状况和锌对有关神经递质的作用,特别是在超微结构水平上研究锌在仔鼠脑海马组织中的分布特点及与锌有关的参与神经递质代谢的酶的分布状况。Timm硫化银染色显示组氨酸料组仔鼠海马苔藓纤维中颗粒密度明显减少,其乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)反应产物的分布和反应强度均与常锌料组无显著差别。电镜下显示10d龄仔鼠脑海马硫化锌颗粒位于颗粒细胞苔藓纤维末端的突触小泡中,其AChE阳性神经元的反应产物主要定位于神经元的核膜和粗面内质网的网池中。这表明在本实验条件下,缺锌未影响到AChE的活性。 A study of the effects of lactation rat fed histidine diet on distribution of zinc in it's pup hippocampus, and the related neurotransmitters was made by using histological and histochemical methods. Especially, a survey of the characterization of the zinc distribution the in pup hippocampal tissue, and of the enzyme related to zinc and participated in the metabolism of neurotransmitters was carried out at ultrastructural level. The result showed that the obvious decrease in density of the staining particles in the mossy fiber layer of hippocampus of the pups being suckled by their mother fed histidine diet was showed by Timm sulfide silver technigue.As compared to the control pups,there were no differences in the distribution and intensity of AChE reation products in hippocampus of these pups. The particles of sulfide zinc could be detected in the synapse vesicle of the mossy fiber ending of granular cells and AChE reaction products could be detected mainly on the nuclear envelops and in many cisternae of the rough endoplasmic reticulum of the hippocampal neurons of all pups in electron microscopic preparation. This indicated that zinc deficiency could not affect the AChE activity under these experimental conditions.
