摘要
加强乡村医生的教育培训,是满足广大农民对卫生服务需求的重要措施。文章针对新形势下乡村医生队伍建设遇到的新情况、新问题和他们的工作特点,分析了当前乡村医生培训中存在的问题,从教材内容、课程设置、考试方法、教学方法和手段几方面,对乡村医生培训模式的改革进行了探讨。
Strengthening the educational training for rural doctors is an important measure to meet the health service needs of farmers. This article aimed at exploring the present situation and working characteristics of rural doctors, ana- lyzed the existing problems in educational training for rural doctors including teaching materials, curriculum setting, test methods, teaching methods and means ,and put forward suggestions on training mode reform.
