摘要
为了贯彻健康中国战略,为基层医疗培养“卓越乡医”,以漳州卫生职业学院为例,对高职临床医学专业培养路径进行研究。培养“卓越乡医”应以“行业双标”为依据,以医教协同为抓手,以书证融通为策略,以终身教育为保障。做好乡医职前、入职和职后的培养路径设计,解决好培养方案、课程体系、双师团队、实训基地、考核评价、规范化培训、终身教育等关键问题,不断提升专业建设内涵,才能为基层医疗培养高素质实用型医学专门人才。
In order to carry out the strategy of Healthy China and train“excellent rural doctors”for primary medical care,taking the clinical students in Zhangzhou Vocational College of Health as an example,the training path of clinical medicine of vocational colleges was studied.The cultivation of“excellent rural doctors”should be based on“double standards”of the profession,with the medical and educational coordination as the Handle,the integration of documents and certificates as the strategy,and lifelong education as the guarantee.It is proposed that the training of the high-quality medical professionals for primary medical care depends on the training path design of pre-service,on-the-job and post-service training path,solving the key problems of training plan,curriculum system,double qualified teacher team,practical training base,assessment and evaluation,standardized training,lifelong education,and constantly improving of the connotation of professional construction.
