摘要
以苦杏仁为原料,采用有机溶剂浸提法对提取杏仁油参数进行了优化。通过单因素试验和正交试验,探讨了不同因素对浸提法提取杏仁油提取率的影响,确定了正己烷提取杏仁油的最佳提取参数。结果表明:苦杏仁中的脂肪含量49.58%,各因素对杏仁油提取率的影响程度由大到小依次是料液比、提取温度、提取时间、溶剂浓度。正己烷提取杏仁油的最佳工艺参数:料液比1∶11,浸提温度65℃,浸提时间2h,溶剂浓度60%。在此条件下,杏仁油的提取率为90.02%。
Taking bitter almond as raw material, the extraction parameters of almond oil by the organic solvent extraction method is investigated. The effects of different influence factors on the extraction yield of almond oil are discussed and the parameters are optimized by single-factor test and orthogonal experiment. The results show that the fat content in bitter almond is 49.58%. the impact order of the influence factors is ratio of solid and liquid〉extraction temperature〉extraction time, solvent concentration. The obtained optimum extraction parameters are solid and liquid ratio of 1 :11, extraction temperature of 65 ℃, extraction time of 2 h, and solvent concentration of 60%. The oil yield under the optimum condition is 90.02%.
