响应面法优化带壳冷榨红花籽油的工艺 被引量:6

Optimization of Cold Pressed Safflower Seed Oil with Shell by Response Surface Methodology

摘要 以红花籽为原料,采用冷榨法制取红花籽油,探究了红花籽的含壳率、含水率、入料温度和榨膛空余体积对红花籽油出油率的影响。利用响应面法进行最优冷榨工艺优化,结果表明:当红花籽含壳率为51%,含水率为2.8%,入料温度为39℃,榨膛空余体积减少量在1.25 cm^3时,最高出油率达到19.73%。此次研究为红花籽油冷榨工艺提供了数据支撑。 Using Safflower seed as raw materials to extract safflower seed oil by cold pressing method, the effects of shell content, water content, feed temperature and free chamber volume on oil yield of safflower seeds were investigated. Response surface methodology was used to get the optimal cold pressing process conditions. The results showed that when the safflower seed shell content was 51%, moisture content was 3.0%, the temperature of safflower seed was 40 ℃, and the free volume reduction of pressing chamber was 1.25 cm^3, the highest oil yield achieves 19.73%. Then, this study would provide a data support for cold pressing safflower seed oil.
