摘要
对亚临界萃取大叶紫薇种籽油的最佳工艺及油脂品质进行分析。其最佳工艺参数为萃取温度40℃、萃取时间32 min、料液比1∶4 (g/mL)、萃取4次,在此条件下,油脂提取率达97.2%±0.5%,亚临界萃取与超临界萃取的大叶紫薇种籽油理化特性差异不显著。表明采用亚临界萃取大叶紫薇种籽油是一种适宜的提取方法。
The optimum parameters of Lagerstroemia speciou L. seed oil extracted by subcritical extraction was studied and its quality was analyzed. The optimum extracted parameters were as follows: extracted temperature 40 ℃,extracted time 30 min, ratio of solid to liquid 1∶4 (g/mL) and extraction times 4 times. Under these conditions, the extraction yeild of of seed oil was 97.2%±0.5%. There wasn’t signifl cant difference in quality between subcritical extraction oil and supercritical extraction oil. So subcritical extraction is a suitable method for extract oil from Lagerstroemia specious L. seed.
