摘要
通过对新疆维吾尔自治区51家民营医院护理人力资源现状的调查,分析和剖析新疆民营医院护理人员在护理管理模式、年龄结构、民族比例、学历构成、职称分布等方面的现状,以期能够结合新医改为新疆民营医院的护理发展提出建设性意见和建议。
With the investigation of the current situation of nursing human resources in 51 private hospitals of Xin- jiang Uygur Autonomous Region,the authors analyze nursing management mode, age structure,the? ratio? of? Han? to? minorities, the constitution of educational background, and professional title distribution in order to put forward constructive opinions and suggestions on nursing development in Xinjiang private hospitals under new medical reform.
