摘要
目的调查湖北省宜昌市城区免疫规划人员现状,为科学配置免疫规划人力资源提供参考依据。方法采用横断面调查及描述性研究,对免疫规划管理及专业技术人员现状进行调查和分析。结果宜昌市城区免疫规划人员以女性为主,男女性别比为0.11∶1,平均年龄34.8±9.5岁;不同接种机构人员在学历、专业上的构成差异有显著统计学意义(χ2=20.377,P<0.01;χ2=59.370,P<0.01),产科接种点人员均为护理学专业,且高学历人员构成高于接种门诊;职称分布上差异无统计学意义,初级、中级人员为主要构成;不同地区免疫规划人员从事工作年限构成差异无统计学意义。结论宜昌市城区从事免疫规划人员普遍年轻化、高学历,但仍有部分地区现状难以满足当前形势需要。
Objective To investigate the current status of staff of immunization program for scientifically allocating human resources.Methods Cross-sectional survey and descriptive methods were adopted to study the immunization program and state quo of the professionals.Results The immunization program staff was mainly female,with a sex ratio of male to female 0.11 ∶ 1 and average age 34.8±9.5.The constituents ratio of staff in different institutions on education degree((χ2= 2 0.377,P 〈0.01) and specialty(χ2= 59.370,P 〈0.01) were statistically different.The vaccination staffs were all nursing specialty and the percentage of staffs with higher education degree was higher than that of vaccination clinic.There was no statistical difference on distribution of professional titles,and the constituent was mainly primary and intermediate titles.The service year among different regions showed no statistical difference.Conclusion The staff of immunization program are young and with high education degree.However,there are still some areas couldn't meet the requirements of the currents situation.
