摘要
目的:通过调查掌握目前上海市护理人力资源配置与人才需求状况,发现问题,提出建议。方法:采用文献回顾法、专家咨询法、现状调查法进行研究。结果:根据上海市护理人员配置情况,提出上海市各级医院床护比理论配置值。结论:合理配置护理人力资源对保持护理队伍稳定,促进本学科发展至关重要。
Objective: To fred out the current situation of nursing human resource allocation and demand in Shanghai and make rationalized suggestions. Methods: To study by fitcrature review, expert consultation, on-spot interview and statistics. Results: To know the nurse staff's situation in Shanghai and put forward the theory ratio of bed to nurse in different grades hospitals. Conclusion: Rational nursing human resource allocation plays an important role in the nursing development.
