摘要
通过对上海市虹口区和松江区近两年来卫生人力资源状况和变化的调查,发现代表上海城乡不同区域的卫生人才从数量上和质量上都有了较大的提高,尤其是松江区卫生人才增长迅速,两区域内各级各类医疗机构卫生人才在学历和职称分布上也有所优化。
With the investigation of the Hongkou and Songjiang Districts in Shanghai healthcare human re- source situation and fluctuation, it had draw up a conclusion that in,these two districts their health human resource has been improved both in quantitative and qualitative, especially in Songjiang District. The distribution of their training background and professional title in the human resource had been optimized in recent years.
