摘要
目的：在双黄连类制剂的质量标准中建立连翘苷的含量测定项。方法：ＨＰＬＣ法测定双黄连制剂中连翘苷的含量。使用ＯＤＳ柱，以乙腈－水（２５：７５）为流动相，检测波长为２７７ｎｍ。结果：此方法线性关系良好，平均加样回收率为９９．１％，ＲＳＤ＝０．８２％。结论：该方法精度高，分离度、重复性良好，结果准确可靠，可用于双黄连类制剂的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish the item of phillyrin content determination in the quality standard of shuanghuanglian preparations. METHODS:The contents of phillyrin were determined by HPLC with ODS column and acetonitrile- water(25 : 75) as mobile phase.Detecting wavelength was 277nm. RESULTS: The calibration curve was linear in this experiment. The average recovery was 99. 1% with RSD of 0. 82% .CONCLUSION: This method is good in precision and satisfactory in isolation and repeatability and the result is accurate. It may be adopted in quality control of shuanghuanglian preparations.
