摘要
目的 :建立连翘病毒清胶囊中连翘酯苷和连翘苷的RP HPLC含量测定方法。方法 :采用YWG -C18色谱柱 ( 4. 6mm× 2 50mm ,10 μm) ;连翘苷含量测定流动相乙腈 水 ( 2 5∶75) ,流速 0 8mL·min- 1,检测波长 2 77nm ;连翘酯苷含量测定流动相乙腈 水 冰醋酸 ( 17∶83∶0 4) ,流速 1 0mL·min- 1,检测波长 2 80nm。结果 :连翘苷平均回收率为 99.6% ,RSD 1 9% (n =5) ;连翘酯苷平均回收率为 10 1 3 % ,RSD 2 5% (n =5)。结论 :所建立的方法简便、准确、可靠 。
Objective: To establish methods for the determination of phillyrin and forsythoside A in Lianqiao Bingdu Qing capsule by RP-HPLC. Method: The determination of phillyrin was carried out on YWG-C_(18) column (4.6 mm×250 mm,10 μm), using acetonitrile-water (25∶75) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.8 mL·min^(-1) and detected at the wavelength 277 nm. The determination of forsythoside A was carried out with YWG-C_(18) column(4.6 mm×250 mm,10 μm), using acetonitrile-water-Acetic acid (17∶83∶0.4) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^(-1) and detected at the wavelength 280 nm. Result: The average recovery of phillyrin was 99.6%, RSD=1.9%(n=5).The average recovery of forsythoside A was 101.3%,RSD=2.5%(n=5). Conclusion: The methods were simple and accurate and could be used to control the quality of the Lianqiao Bingdu Qing capsule.
