摘要
目的：采用HPLC法测定胜红清热片中连翘苷的含量。方法：采用ODS柱，以乙腈-水（25：75）为流动相．检测波长为277nm，流速：1ml／min。理论板数按连翘苷峰计算应不低于2500。结果：连翘苷在0．1-4．0μg范围内具有良好盼线性关系，平均加样回收率为99．1％，RSD=0．82％。结论：该方法精度高，分离度、重复性良好，结果准确可靠，可用于胜红清热片的质量控制。
Objective ： To establish the HPLC method for determination of the phillyrin in the Shenghong Qingre Table. Methods ： The chromatographic conditions included ODS column and the mobile phase consisted of a mixture of acetonitrile -water（25：75）. the detecting wavelength was 277nm. The theoretical plate number, calculated according to peak of phillyrin, couldnt lower than 2500. Results ： The calibration curve was linear in this experiment, the average recovery was 99.1% with RSD of 0.82%. Conclusion ： The method was simple and accurate, could be used to control the quality of the Shenghong Qingre Table.
