摘要
目的:建立感冒止咳颗粒中连翘苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法:色谱柱为Diamonsil C18(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-水(体积比26∶74);流速为1.0 mL/min;柱温为30℃;检测波长为229 nm。结果:连翘苷的质量浓度在0.798～7.980μg/mL范围内呈良好线性关系,平均回收率为99.4%,RSD为1.0%。结论:本方法准确可靠、重现性好,可用于感冒止咳颗粒的质量控制。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the assay of phillyrin in Ganmaozhike granules.Methods The analytical column was Diamonsil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase was consisted of CH3CN-H2O(26∶74).The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and column temperature was at 30 ℃.The detective wavelength was 229 nm.Results The phillyrin linenarity range was 0.798~7.98 μg/mL.The average recovery rate was 99.4%,and the RSD was 1.0%.Conclusion This method was simple,accurate and could be used for the quality control of Ganmaozhike granules.
