摘要
目的研究瘟必清口服液制备工艺。方法用正交设计优化瘟必清口服液水提工艺和醇沉工艺。结果水提的最佳工艺为加10倍量水提取2次,每次1.5 h;醇沉最佳工艺为将水提液浓缩至相对密度为1.08,醇沉浓度为60%,静置24 h。结论按照最佳工艺制备的瘟必清口服液成品质量可控。
Objective To study the preparation technology of Wenbiqing Oral Liquid. Methods L9 （34） were used to optimize the water extract technology and alcohol sink technology of Wenbiqing Oral Liquid. Results Optimal conditions for water extraction： 10 times the amount water was added, boiled 2 times for 1.5 hours each time; for alcohol sink technology： the water extraction was concentrated to relative density 1.08, alcohol was added to sinking concentration 60%, stewed 24 hours. Conclusion The production of Wenbiqing Oral Liquid using the optimum process is quality controllable and stable .
