摘要
试验旨在研究益母黄丹口服液对鹌鹑产蛋后期产蛋性能、蛋品质和蛋黄胆固醇的影响。试验选取640只10月龄鹌鹑,随机分为4个组,每组4个重复,每个重复40只。Ⅰ组为空白组饮自来水;Ⅱ组为低剂量组饮水中添加益母黄丹口服液3 ml/l;Ⅲ组为高剂量组饮水中添加益母黄丹口服液6 ml/l;Ⅳ组为阳性对照组饮水中添加归芪益母口服液4 ml/l。试验为期14 d,记录鹌鹑的采食量和产蛋量,并在第14 d每个重复收集3枚鹌鹑蛋测定蛋品质和蛋黄胆固醇。结果表明:与空白组相比,低、高剂量组和阳性对照组的平均蛋重、产蛋率和平均采食量均有提高(P<0.05);低、高剂量组和阳性组的蛋壳强度增强(P<0.05);高剂量组和阳性对照组的蛋壳厚度增厚(P<0.05),低剂量组和阳性组的蛋壳率有所提高(P<0.05);蛋黄胆固醇含量均有所降低(P<0.05)。综上所述,益母黄丹口服液可以改善鹌鹑产蛋后期的产蛋性能,提高鹌鹑蛋品质,并降低蛋黄胆固醇含量。
The purpose of the experiment was to study the effects of Yimu Huangdan oral liquid on the egg laying performance,egg quality and yolk cholesterol of the old quails.In this experiment,640 quails aged 10 months were randomly divided into 4 groups with 4 replicates for each group and 40 quails for each replicate.Ⅰ for blank group;Ⅱ for oral liquid of low dose group;Ⅲ oral liquid with high dose group;Ⅳ group is positive;The trial lasted 14 days.Quail feed intake and egg production were recorded,and egg quality was measured by repeatedly collecting three quail eggs on day 14.The results showed that compared with the blank group,the average egg weight,egg yield and average feed intake of the low and high dose groups and the positive control group were all increased(P<0.05).Eggshell strength was increased in the low-dose,high-dose and positive groups(P<0.05).Eggshell thickness increased in the high-dose group and the positive group(P<0.05),eggshell rate increased in the lowdose group and the positive group(P<0.05).The cholesterol content of egg yolk decreased(P<0.05).To sum up,Yimu Huangdan oral liquid can improve the egg production performance,improve the quality of quail eggs,and reduce the cholesterol content of egg yolk.
