摘要 目的:建立茵陈药材中总香豆素的含量测定方法。方法:以滨蒿内酯为对照品,采用紫外分光光度法,在340 nm波长处测定茵陈药材中总香豆素的含量。结果:滨蒿内酯在0.0080~0.0482 mg/mL范围内浓度与吸光度线性关系良好,精密度RSD为0.51%,稳定性RSD为0.67%和0.71%,重复性RSD为1.41%,平均回收率为100.12%、RSD为1.33%。结论:该方法准确、快速、重复性好,可用于茵陈药材中总香豆素含量的测定。 Objective: To determine the total content of coumarin in Herba Artemisia scoparia. Methods: Scoparone was used as the reference substance, the total content of coumarin in Herba Artemisia scoparia was determined by UV spectrophotometry, wave length was 340 nm. Results : The method had good linear relationship from 0. 0080 mg/ mL to 0. 0482 rag/mL, the RSD of precision was 0. 51%, the RSD of stability were 0. 67% and 0. 71% respectively, the average recovery was 100. 12%, RSD was 1.33%. Conclusion: The method is accurate, rapid, reproducible and can be used for measuring the total content of coumarin in Herba Artemisia scoparia.
