摘要
目的：建立茵陈药材中总香豆素的含量测定方法。方法：以滨蒿内酯为对照品,采用紫外分光光度法,在340 nm波长处测定茵陈药材中总香豆素的含量。结果：滨蒿内酯在0.0080~0.0482 mg/mL范围内浓度与吸光度线性关系良好,精密度RSD为0.51%,稳定性RSD为0.67%和0.71%,重复性RSD为1.41%,平均回收率为100.12%、RSD为1.33%。结论：该方法准确、快速、重复性好,可用于茵陈药材中总香豆素含量的测定。
Objective： To determine the total content of coumarin in Herba Artemisia scoparia. Methods： Scoparone was used as the reference substance, the total content of coumarin in Herba Artemisia scoparia was determined by UV spectrophotometry, wave length was 340 nm. Results ： The method had good linear relationship from 0. 0080 mg/ mL to 0. 0482 rag/mL, the RSD of precision was 0. 51%, the RSD of stability were 0. 67% and 0. 71% respectively, the average recovery was 100. 12%, RSD was 1.33%. Conclusion： The method is accurate, rapid, reproducible and can be used for measuring the total content of coumarin in Herba Artemisia scoparia.
