复方南五加口服液定性定量的研究 被引量:2

Qualitative and quantitative study of Fufang Nanwujia oral solution

摘要 目的建立复方南五加口服液定性定量方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对所含淫羊藿、蜂王浆进行了定性鉴别研究。采用高效液相色谱法测定淫羊藿苷的含量,色谱柱:Inertsil C18;流动相:乙腈-水(25∶75);检测波长:270 nm;流速:1.0 mL.min-1。采用高效液相色谱法测定10-羟基-2-癸烯酸的含量,色谱柱Inertsil C18;流动相为甲醇-水-0.03 mol.L-1盐酸(55∶35∶10);流速为1.0 mL.min-1;检测波长为210 nm。结果薄层色谱鉴别方法专属性强、斑点分离较好。淫羊藿苷平均回收率为98.9%,RSD=1.13%(n=6)。10-羟基-2-癸烯酸平均回收率为99.2%,RSD=0.93%(n=6)。结论所建立的方法可作为复方南五加口服液的质量控制方法。 Objective To establish a qualitative and quantitative method for Fufang Nanwujia oral solution.Methods Cortesx Acanthopanacis,Herba Epimedii,and Royal Jelly were identified by thin-layer chromatography(TLC),and icariine was determined by HPLC.The chromatographic column was Inertsil C18.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water(25∶75),the detective wavelength was 270 nm,and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.The 10-hydroxyl-2-decylenic acid was determined by HPLC.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water-0.03 mol·L-1 hydrochloride(55∶35∶10).The detective wavelength was 210 nm,and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.Results The TLC identification was highly specific and the spots were clear and concentrated.The average recovery of icariine was 98.9% with RSD of 1.13%(n=6).The average recovery of 10-hydroxyl-2-decylenic acid was 99.2% with RSD of 0.93%(n=6).Conclusion The method can be used to control the quality of Fufang Nanwujia oral solution.
