摘要
通过对某矩形盒形件进行工艺性分析,确定了拉深、切边翻边、冲底孔(复合模具)的工艺方案。介绍了该复合模具的工作过程及设计要点。采用该模具大大提高了生产效率,保证了此矩形盒形件的尺寸精度,提高了企业的经济效益。
based on a rectangular box parts for manufacturability analysis, to determine the shear material - deep drawing and flanging trimming, punching bottom hole (composite mould) process scheme of composite, the paper introduces the working process of the die and the design main points, this set of mold has greatly increased the production efficiency, guarantee the rectangular box parts size accuracy, improve the enterprise's economic benefit.
