介绍了通过建立参数化三维实体标准件库及模架,提高了模具三维实体设计效率,促进了FMC实型全型面加工的全面实施,为模具行业设计、开发提供方便、有效的途径,同时,大大提高了铸件的精度,缩短了模具制造周期。
The establishment of parameterized 3D solid model standardized parts and components and die carrier database were introduced. The application of the database can effectively raise the design efficiency and promote the solid model flexible profile manufacturing. And the casting precision can be increased and the manufacturing cycle be shortened.
