摘要
通过对复杂矩形盒件切边和切槽工序的研究,采用在胀开式水平切边模的活动切刀上增设活动凸模,在凹模及定位块上增设了活动凸模冲槽的方法,设计出一套复合模具,使水平切边、冲槽一次完成,节省了工序,提高了生产效率同时也提高了加工精度。
A set of compound die was designed based on the study of level trimming and grooving process of complex rectangular box. Adjustable punch to the adjustable cutter of the expanding trimming dies and adjustable punch groove to the matrix and locating block was added. Level trimming and grooving was fulfilled at the same time, saving procedure time and raising manufacturing efficiency and manufacturing accuracy.
