根据制件的形状和生产要求,对嵌入式插销零件的结构及工艺性进行了分析;重点阐述了冲压工艺方案的确定,并针对此工艺方案,制定出合理的排样设计;详细介绍了该级进模的结构设计特点及关键零部件的设计。实践证明本套模具结构可靠,能保证产品质量,提高了生产效率,降低了产品成本,有效地提高了经济效益。
According to the shape of the part and its production requirement,the structure andprocessing properties of drop-in style bolt are analyzed.The determination of the stampingprocessing solution is discussed specially.For the processing solution,the reasonable layoutdesign is formed.The structural design characteristics of the progressive die and the design ofkey parts are introduced.The practice proves that The die is reliable and guarantees the qualityof the product.It improves the production efficiency,reduce product cost and increase eco-nomic benefits.
