摘要
根据覆盖件拉深成形工艺补充面、压料面和拉深筋的设计原则和方法,设计出翼子板拉深件,并运用有限元软件Dynaform对拉深成形过程进行分析,然后根据影响拉深成形的因素及模拟结果对拉深型面进行修改、优化,从而得出合理的拉深型面,用于模具加工制造,最终得到合格产品。
The drawing piece of an automotive front fender was developed according to the design principle and method for technological supplement plane, blank holder surface, drawing rib for the drawing forming of metal sheets. Finite element software Dynaform was used to analyze the drawing process. The feasible drawing profile was achieved based on the modification and optimization of forming conditions and simulation results, which can be applied to the manufacturing of drawing die.
