摘要
分析了盒形件的结构特点,确定了盒形件成形工艺方案,并对主要的工艺参数进行了计算。通过盒形件冲压变形过程分析,提出起皱和破裂是盒形件冲压过程中主要的缺陷。利用Dynaform对盒形件冲压过程进行了模拟,研究了压边力大小和拉延筋对冲压件质量的影响,并确定了最佳的成形工艺条件。
The structure characteristics of box-type parts were analyzed. The scheme of its forming process was ascertained, and the main process parameters were calculated. Through analysis of stamping process of the box-type parts, it is proposed that shrinkage and rupture are the major defects. Stamping process of box-type parts was simulated by Dynaform. The influences of blank holder force and the drawbead on stamping quality were researched, and the best forming process condition was determined.
