摘要
本文通过对江西省24所本科高校教师及其他非教育类行业专业技术人员的薪酬满意度的抽样调查,对影响江西高校教师薪酬满意度的因素进行分析。研究结果表明,江西高校教师的薪酬满意度较低;在影响因素中,年龄、职称、婚姻状态对薪酬满意度影响较大。学校要通过满足青年教师的基本生活需要以及政策激励等方法,以期达到高等教育质量提升的最终目的。
Based on the sampling survey on salary satisfaction to 24 undergraduate college teachers and non e- ducational professional technicians in Jiangxi Province, this paper analyzed the influencing factors to the university teachers' salary satisfaction in Jiangxi. The result showed that university teachers' salary satisfaction was low in Jiangxi; age, professional rank and marriage state had greater impact on the salary satisfaction among all the facts. In order to upgrade the quality of high education, universities should meet the basic living requirement of young teachers and encourage outstanding young teachers by policies.
