摘要
为提升科研整体水平,一批研究型大学正积极进行薪酬制度再设计,以提升教师薪酬满意度,吸引和稳定有竞争力的师资队伍。本文以重庆地区某研究型大学为个案,探询研究型大学教师薪酬满意度现状及影响因素,从中揭示出当前我国研究型大学教师薪酬管理的特点和存在的问题,为我国研究型大学薪酬制度改革提供了建设性启发。
In order to enhance research level, universities focusing on research are actively taking compensation scheme ianovations to improve compensation satisfaction of teachers, and to attract and keep talents. Basing on a case study of compensation .satisfaction of teachers of certain university in Chongqing, the thesis analyzed the present situation of compensation satisfaction of teachers, inquired into the main factors influencing compensation satisfaction of teachers, revealed the existing problems in the compensation managing and provided some measures to compensation scheme innovations in universities focusing on research..
