摘要
高校教师自我效能感是指教师相信自己有能力对学生的学习产生积极影响的一种知觉和信念。国内外的研究表明:教师的自我效能感与教师的教育教学行为、学生的学业成绩和人格形成之间存在着密切关系。在总结概括国内外教师自我效能感的理论研究及实践应用的基础上,提出可供我国高校教育改革和师资培训参考的增进教师自我效能感的有效策略。
The university teachers' sense of self- function refers to a sense and belief that teachers believe that they have the ability to influence students' studies positively. The studies show that there is a relation among teachers' sense of self- function and teachers' actions of education and teaching, students' academic records and formation of personality. On the basis of summarizing the theory study and application of teachers' internal and external countries sense of self- function, we put forward efficient strategies that can be consulted by university education reformation and teachers training to improve teachers' sense of self- function.
