摘要
目的:了解和掌握河南省7类食品中硼含量的本底值。方法:采用国家标准方法 GB/T21918-2008即"食品中硼酸的测定"中"电感耦合等离子体质谱法"测试河南省7类食品主产地的食品中硼含量,并对测试结果进行统计分析。结果:此次共测定7类169份样品,检出160份,检出率为94.7%。桃中硼含量平均值为3.40 mg/kg;梨中硼含量平均值为2.83 mg/kg,苹果中硼含量平均值为1.64 mg/kg,葡萄中硼含量平均值为1.65 mg/kg。小麦中硼含量平均值为0.38 mg/kg;大米中硼含量平均值为0.24 mg/kg,牛羊肉中硼含量平均值为0.35 mg/kg。结论:通过调查基本掌握了河南省7类食品中硼含量的本底值。
Objective :To obtain the background - values of Boron in 7 kinds of ibod in Henan province. Meth- ods: hi at,cordance with GB/T21918 -2008, the boron levels in seven kinds of tbod were tested, and the results were analyzed by statislies. Results: One hundred and sixty samples were detected from one hundred and sixty - nine tested samples in seven kinds(94.7% ). The value of Boron was 3.40 mg/kg in peach;2.83 mg/kg in pear; 1.64 mg/kg in apples ; and 1.65 mg/kg in grape. The value of boron was 0.38 mg/kg in wheat ;0.24 mg/kg in rice ; and 0.35 mg/kg in heeves and mutton. Conclusion: The background values of boron in 7 kinds of fbod were oh- tained after the investigation.
