摘要
硼砂(硼酸)为各国明令禁止使用的食品添加剂.本文阐述了粮食制品中硼砂(硼酸)的来源及对人体造成的危害,并且列举了目前检验硼砂(硼酸)的几种方法.
Borax(boric acid) for countries banned the use of food additives. This paper expounds the borax in food products (boric acid) sources and harm on human body,and enumerates the present test methods of borax (boric acid) .
