摘要
目的:建立一种应用石墨炉原子吸收法测定面制食品中硼含量的方法。方法:样品经过微波消解,运用钯涂层平台石墨管原子吸光光度法测定面制食品中硼的含量。结果:利用该方法,面制食品中的硼可以得到良好的检测,面制食品中硼含量为12.4μg~71.4μg/g时,方法的标准偏1.1%~9.1%,方法回收率为74%~95%。最低检出量为15.4μg,线性相关系数大于0.9992。结论:本法简便、快速、准确、灵敏度和精密度高。适用于面制食品中硼的含量的方法。而且适合间接测定食品中硼砂的测定。
Objective:To establish a method for Determination of Boron in fLour food by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectroscopy.Methods: The Boron in fLour food was detected by ETAAS with Pd coated tube after wasinvestigated.Results: The detection limit of the method was15.4 μg,the recoveries of 74%~95% when dopant concentration was from 12.4 μg/g to 71.4 μg/g,RSD was1.1%~9.1%,and the linearity of this methhod was 0.9992.Conclusion: The method of determination of Boron in fLour food by ETAAS was low disturb,easy to operated and accurate.It can be used in research of the Boron in fLour food,especially to be used in the detectation of Borax in foodstuff indirect.
